The Password Manager Self Service site on a DMZ host does not fully render and shows only "Find User" (4341002)

When accessing the PMSelfService site on a DMZ host, the site does not display properly and shows only the site banner and Find User with no search box.

Restarting or logging into the host via RDP resolves the issue, but the issue reappears within an hour or two.

The IIS Application Pools hosting the Password Manager sites are running under the security context of a local user account.

1. Open the IIS Manager on the DMZ host.
2. Select Application Pools.
3. For each of the Password Manager Application Pools that are present, right-click on the Application Pool and choose Advanced Settings.
4. Set Load User Profile to True.
5. In an elevated command prompt, run IISRESET.
