Knowledge Portal will not completely load. Stops saying '"Loading.....
When opening the 'Quest Knowledge Portal' in the Internet Explorer browser, the page hangs, with a message: "Loading..." The tabs on the left are non-functional. When accessing the SQL Server Reporting Services (SRS) website directly at ((http://<computername>/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx), the reports work fine. Other Websites on the ActiveRoles server load without issue regardless of machine or browser used.
A Group Policy Object (GPO) is configured with non-default settings for Internet Explorer and is causing Internet Explorer not to use the default settings.
Configure the GPO to use the Internet Explorer default settings and not custom settings or install and use the Firefox web browser to bypass the GPO used for Internet Explorer.
