When installing the Lync or Office 365 add for ActiveRoles Server is it required to be installed on the publisher and the subscriber?
Resolution

No, the Lync add on and the Office 365 add on are only required to be installed on the ActiveRoles server holding the publisher role. The ActiveRoles Server with the subscriber role will still be able to access the Lync and Office 365 customizations through it's own web interface instance.
