No information shown for BitLocker in ActiveRole Server (ARS) Web Interface.
1. Removing BitLocker add on in Version 6.7
2. Upgrade the product from V6.7 to 6.9
3. After upgrading, remove BitLocker add on
4. Open BitLocker in ARS Web interface and it shows no data despite data is shown in ARS MMC.
1. Replace the values with fresh copy of xmls (column values in the database table), in this case some of customizations may be lost.
2. Redo the customization done earlier.
3. Database should be standalone and not in Replication mode.
4. Apply the hotfix which can be downloaded here.
Issue resolved in hotfix.
