Description
Attempting to create a new Active Roles Web Interface site within the Active Roles Configuration Center fails with the following error:
Unable to create the Active Roles Web Interface site. Details: The specified path already exists.

Cause
A site already exists in IIS which has the same name as the value chosen.
This is common if Active Roles 7.x is installed on the same host as ActiveRoles Server 6.x

Resolution
IIS site names must be unique. While deploying Active Roles 7.x, a unique site name must be used. This can be changed to the same site name used by ActiveRoles Server 6.x only after that version has been removed.
