When right-clicking and pasting a password using only the mouse in the Web Interface, the Password Reset operation is not completed as expected.
There are no errors in the Active Roles Web Interface. The password reset operation appears to be processed successfully. However, the edsaPassword attribute is not included/is missing from the request sent to the Active Roles Administration Service service. This can be confirmed when reviewing the Active Roles Change History on the object or by reviewing the Active Roles Admin Service Event Viewer logs.
WORKAROUND:
When entering the password in the password field, do not use the mouse to right-click and paste the password into the password field. Instead use CTRL-V to paste the password in or type out the password.
