Synchronization Service fails to install on same server where Active Roles already installed. (329515)

If Hotfix SOL 321020 is installed then it may cause issue due to possible corrupt cache when trying to add the Synchronization Service on the same server as an existing installation of Active Roles.

The following error may be found in the verbose logging.
