Error: “Authentication Failed: Device Certificate was not found for Cert Authorities”
Description

You may encounter the following error when trying to add/connect to the AR Azure tenant:
"An error occurred during this operation. For details, see the error description below. Authentication Failed: Device Certificate was not found for Cert Authorities:OU=82dbaca4-3e81-46ca-9c73-0950c1eaca97,CN=MS-Organization-Access,DC=windows,DC=net"
Cause

Conditional Access policies is configured in the Azure tenant.
Resolution

SOLUTION
1) Disable the Conditional Access Policy for the AR tenant.
