Unable to perform bulk operations on user objects within the Active Roles Web Interface
When using the built-in Active Directory Users - Help Desk Access Template to assign Help Desk users the permission to Reset Passwords for Users.
The Active Roles Web Interface does not allow bulk selection of more than one User Object to Reset Passwords. The command is only displayed in the right-side menu and is only present when one User Object is selected.
The following issue is being tracked as product Defect ID#: 320823.
WORKAROUND: Add the following permission to the Users - Help Desk built-in Access Template: User Write name permission
STATUS: The following has been submitted as product Defect ID#: 320823, to be fixed in a future release of Active Roles Server. Please contact your Sales Account Manager for status updates on when this will be resolved.
