Attempting to import Management History into Active Roles 8.2 fails with the following error:
Migration process canceled because the maximum number of retry attempts was reached, and all attempts were unsuccessful. Please check the log for details and contact your network administrator and/or database administrator for further assistance.

Cause
This issue is being tracked as Defect ID 466571. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
If possible, process all outstanding Approvals in the source Active Roles before importing into Active Roles 8.2
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Active Roles. -
