Web Configuration Import is blank and Web Configurations are getting renamed after upgrade -
Description
After upgrading to Active Roles 8.2.1 the configurations for the Web Interface are missing.
Prior to upgrading, the sites in IIS were named ArWebAdmin, ARWebHelpdesk and ARWebSelfService. However, after configuring the Web Interface, the site names in IIS were named ARWebAdmin_22181249, ARWebHelpDesk_22181254 and ARWebSelfService_22181257.
