Description
When creating or modifying a Dynamic Group membership rule to include WhenCreated, the time value is set to the literal value, rather than the Windows Time format.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Use an LDAP filter and enter the Windows Time value instead.
STATUS
This defect will be resolved in an upcoming version of Active Roles.
