Manual temporal membership adjustments override a scripted solution (4382612)

There is a requirement to manage temporal group memberships by a script which is triggered by a change workflow.

Adjusting the temporal group memberships manually while adding a user to a group negates the effects of said script responsible for the membership duration.

The manual setting overrides the script and allows a different membership duration to be set.

This has been identifies as Product Defect 700429.
