After upgrading from Active Roles 8.2.1 SP6 to Active Roles 8.3, existing Provisioning Policies using Property Generation and Validation may no longer display dropdown values for the department attribute in the Active Roles Console/MMC or Web Interface. The policy remains present and appears to be configured correctly, but the dropdown selector is no longer shown.

WORKAROUND:
1- Open the affected Provisioning Policy.
2- Copy or recreate the Property Generation and Validation rule.
3- Configure the same department values, such as IT, HR, FINANCE.
4- Scope the recreated policy to the same OU.
5- Confirm the dropdown appears again in MMC or Web Interface.
6- Remove or disable the original upgraded policy once the replacement is validated.
