-There is user or groups in the /etc/opt/quest/vas/users-override file or group-override file that are not in Active Directory.
-There is a syntax error in the format of the user-override file or group-override file
An invalid entry in override file will trigger CPU/possible AD activity trying to resolve and re-processing it every roughly 30 seconds until fixed.
RESOLUTION:
Cleanup or fix any invalid entry in the /etc/opt/quest/vas/user-override or group-override file.
Delete any lines that contain user or group that is no longer in Active Directory from the user-override file or the group-override file in the /etc/opt/quest/vas directory.
Fix any syntax errors or delete the entry. Please refer to KB91145 for help with the syntax.
Run the following command to help you identify bad entries:
If you are using a group policy to control the override file the policy must be modified and the user or group that is not in AD removed.
