The One Identity Remote Partner Expert Oversight services offering consists of five eight-hour days to support and assist the customer with the strategic implementation and/or consulting services efforts related to One Identity solutions.A Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be assigned for the duration of this offering and can be utilized as needed to expand the hours allotted within a 12-month period.
