After installing a full term license to Cloud Access Manager and a user attempts to login they receive the following error message:
'Cloud Access Manager was unable to sign you in as there is no valid license'.
WORKAROUND #1:
Put the STS host into UTC.
WORKAROUND #2:
Continue to use a trial license.
STATUS:
Waiting for a fix, for defect ID '383084', to be released in a future version.
