Upload of files fails in v7.x.
Example - Clicking on Application Portal - Icon - Expect to upload a new file to CAM but the page timesout and the file is not added as expected.
This issue affects all uploading i.e. Logos, certificates, licenses etc.
Cloud Access Manager 8.0 is not affected by this issue.
The issue appears after installing the Windows Update for ASP.NET MVC. This will occur automatically unless Windows Update has been explicitly disabled.
The update can be removed using Programs and Features. After which files (logo’s, licenses, certificates etc.) can be uploaded once again.
NOTE - No restart is required after uninstalling the update.
Once the file or license has been installed, the update can be reapplied by rerunning Windows Update, however the issue will return. This issue will affect all file uploads in CAM. i.e. licenses, icons and certificates.
NOTE - CAM 8.0 is not affected by installing this Windows Update.
