There is an upgrade path from CAM 8.1.2 and earlier to version 8.1.4 however it requires a Professional Services (PSO) engagement.
This is noted on the Cloud Access manager download page:
Please NOTE *** If you are currently running version 8.1.2 of Cloud Access Manager you will be required to engage the One Identity Professional Services Team for assistance in upgrading to another version of the product. This can be initiated by your One Identity Account Representative***
