When searching for a user account in the user website and if the search takes more than 60 seconds, the website times out without returning any user account details. It may be desirable, for troubleshooting purposes, to increase the search timeout in order to help determine the underlying reason for the delay.
The timeout can be increased as follows. This example changes the timeout from 1 to 2 minutes.
On the Password Manager server make a backup of the following file and then open the original file in a text editor.
"C:\Program Files\One Identity\Password Manager\Web\user\Web.config"
Change 00:01:00 to 00:02:00 in the following sections:
