If the version of Internet Explorer (IE) used is less than 10, a user is unable connect to the Starling organization.
Upgrade IE version to 10 or above.
Before installing Starling Two-Factor Desktop Login 1.0, ensure that your system meets the following minimum hardware and software requirements.

It supports bidirectional writing (Arabic and Hebrew). The release supports Complex Script (Central Asia – India, Thailand).
