When attempting to copy/paste an activation code into the Defender Blackberry token application, the paste options is unavailable. Is this supported?
The missing paste capabilities can occur if an IT Policy has been enabled on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to only allow access to the Workspace on the device from RIM applications, and nothing from the Personal Workplace.
WORKAROUND: Modify the IT Policy accordingly as the Defender application may reside in the Personal Workspace.
