This hotfix is a complete rebuild and repackaging of the Defender Management Portal component. As the hotfix is cumulative, please see the "Resolution" section for the complete list of Resolved Issues.

The following is a list of issues resolved in this hotfix.
Fixed an issue with the 'Read-Only Helpdesk' role where the 'Token Details' dialog may incorrectly report 'No records found'.
Modified the webpage and email related to the request of a BlackBerry token to include download links for both the 'Defender QNX Soft Token for BlackBerry' (OS 10 and above) and the 'Quest Soft Token for BlackBerry'
Resolved an issue where the SMTP Port setting on the Token Deployment System 'E-mail Settings' page was not stored correctly
Modified an LDAP search query to use ObjectCategory instead of ObjectClass. This change is aimed at improving the website performance in pre-2008 environments.
Fixed an issue with the Defender Password 'Manage' link on the Helpdesk Troubleshooter webpage where the 'Manage Token: Defender Password' dialog was not being displayed.
To install this hotfix:
An upgrade of the Defender Management Portal is required - run either 'DefenderWebInterface.msi' or 'DefenderWebInterface (x64).msi'.
To determine if this hotfix is installed:
1. Open 'Add or Remove Programs' or 'Programs and Features'.
2. Find the "Defender Management Portal" software.
3. Verify the version number is 5.7.4354.
To remove this hotfix:
The Defender Management Portal component will need to be un-installed, and a previous version installed. Please contact Quest support for assistance if required.

Improvements to the 'User Management' web page to ensure that a username is always displayed in the 'User Name' field.
Improved functionality on the Logging 'Configuration' web page to alert the administrator to save changes to the 'Enable Log Receiver' setting prior to restarting the service.

The following is a list of issues resolved in hotfix 18.104.22.16871.
Included an enhancement to allow for a single AD Global Catalog server to be specified in the web.config configuration file. If configured all LDAP queries will then be directed to this server.
Resolved an issue that could prevent the System Configuration 'Roles' and 'Credentials' web pages from being saved correctly in the 22.214.171.12491 release.
Fixed an issue with the administrator group setting on the 'Roles webpage to prevent the message 'Value does not fall within the expected range. Settings were not saved' being displayed if the group field was empty.
Fixed an issue with the installer where, when upgrading, the original installation directory was not read correctly from the registry.
The following is a list of issues resolved in hotfix 126.96.36.19991.
Included an enhancement to optionally use the configured System Service Account for all AD interaction. Currently a combination of both the System Service Account and the logged on user account are used, for example, during token registration. This option is available on the 'Roles' page within 'System Configuration'.
An enhancement to the 'Troubleshooter' webpage has been provided to allow for the number of days displayed within the 'Authentications' table to be defined.
Provided an enhancement to allow for the Token Deployment System (TDS) email greeting format to be configured as 'Hello First name Last name' rather than the display name or common name. This option is available on the 'E-mail Settings' page within TDS Configuration.
Improvements to the performance of the website and memory usage of the IIS worker process.
Fixed an issue with the Windows Mobile 'Install and Activate' email, which did not contain the link to download the token software for both Windows Mobile and Windows Phone devices.
Fixed an application error, which could be seen when selecting the 'Manage' option for a Defender Password or GrIDsure token on the Troubleshooter webpage.
Improved handling of the Log Receiver service start up routine.
Resolved an intermittent issue where the 'Authentication Detail' dialog box cannot be closed
Improvements to the token serial number generation process
Fixed an issue on the 'Dashboard' webpage that prevented the detection of Adobe Flash Player. A warning message that 'Adobe Flash Player' is required will be displayed.
Modified the Reports configuration web page to correctly display DSS name's that contain dots e.g. Primary.DSS will now be displayed correctly.
