Receive "HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found" when starting the Management Portal
When starting the Management Portal for the first time, receiving an error in the browser:
"HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found"
"The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
The new site is using port 80, however the Default Web Site in IIS is already using this port, so the "Defender Web Interface" will not start.
In IIS change the bindings for the Defender Web Interface so it uses a port other than the default, port 80. This is an option during the initial setup/configuration as well.
1. Right-click the site in IIS Manager and choose "Edit Bindings..."
2. Select the relevant entry, i.e. http or https, or both, then click "Edit" and set the port to a number other than what the Default Web Site, or any other sites, may be using, e.g. 85, or 90. Then click OK.
3. Start the Web Site from the "Actions" pane on the far right of IIS Manager.
4. Confirm the site will load successfully using the "Browse" option in the "Actions" pane.
