Cause
No, Defender cannot limit access by MAC Address, computer/host name, or DNS name.
Defender provides RADIUS authentication and can limit access by AD group membership or IP address.

Resolution
Filtering/limiting access by MAC address, computer/host name, or DNS may be possible on a VPN appliance or Firewall appliance.
