Description
When attempting to locate and download the Defender iToken application to Apple devices the app is not available for download from the Apple AppStore.

Cause
This can sometimes occur if an update is being made to the store or if we have temporarily removed the app from the store for updates.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
1. In the App store, search for "Defender Soft Token"
2. Wait an hour and search again.
3. Contact Technical Support to check for the latest status.
