Where are the Database Key and DPX import files for Defender hardware tokens?

Hardware tokens have been shipped and received, as well as the import files required, but the database key necessary for the import is not included.  Where is this key located?

In addition, the files required for the import (.DPX) of hardware tokens are missing, where are these files located?

In order to import hardware tokens a database key and DPX file are required:

- The database key required to import your tokens will be included on a piece of a paper in the box along with the physical token shipment.  The key is a 32 hexadecimal digits

- The import files "EXPORT.DPX" for the hardware tokens are emailed directly from shipping, these are contained in a .zip file named Defender_tokens.zip.

If the hardware tokens were purchased via a 3rd party reseller, please contact the reseller directly instead.
