Soft token license not showing correct total in AD -
Description
Recently purchased additional desktop token (soft token) licenses and, while the license file seems to have imported properly, the additional tokens have not been added to the total.

Cause
New license was imported to a different location in Active Directory and thus did not merge correctly with the existing license object. -
Resolution
With the introduction of Universal Soft Token licenses in version 5.7, Desktop Token Licenses are now combined into a single license object in AD.
When you import an additional license, the new tokens are added to the existing total. In order for this to be calculated properly the license much be imported into the same OU as the original license. If the new license is imported into a different location, it will create a separate license object and the total will not be reported correctly.
