In Active Directory Users and Computers, with the Defender Console installed, we do not see the "Assigned To" column in the "Tokens" OU. It is also not possible to add this column.
Have a member of the schema admins group run the installer for the Defender 5.7 Console. Please install the latest hotfix available:
