In the Dashboard it shows that the "Log Receiver Status" is stopped. Yet in the MMC Service Manager, as well as the portal Logging configuration, it shows as running.
Closing the browser and re-opening should refresh this. If the service shows as running in Services and in the Logging configuration, then it is running.
The Dashboard uses Flash so a browser restart or refesh may be required.
If the service is not running in Services then start it there or from the Logging Configuration page.
