When running the Quest Single Sign-On client software SSO Watch, it randomly locks the user out of the software and requires authentication to unlock. The SSO Watch icon will have a padlock icon during this time.
This occurs as the Inactivity Duration specified within the User Security Profile has been reached.
If you wish for this to be extended, please modify the User Security Profile to a timeframe that complies with your security policy. To disable the Inactivity duration completely, set the duration to “0”.
