Create a standard login window:
On the "Detection" tab, select the Target and hover over Chrome's Authentication dialog box. The URL field will update to have the title of the dialog box.
In the "Parameter of the web page" section, tick "Look for text". Enter the a / followed by the server name (or IP / FQDN). Select "In Field" and click the Target
Navigate through the "Control Detection" window and select the text: "Authentication Required"
Select the "Actions" tab. On the "Identifier" field click on the target. Navigate through the "Control Detection" window and select the editable text box for the User Name.
Repeat the process for the "Password:" field
Repeat the process for the "Press the button:" field
The "Actions" tab should look similar to the below:
