When accessing any of the password manager sites an http 503 service unavailable error is displayed (4337414)

When accessing any of the password manager's sites an HTTP 503 service unavailable error is displayed.

When checking the application pool for the site that received HTTP 503, the application pool is in a stopped state.

Checking the application events logs shows an error stating that the worker process failed to start due to access permissions.

Follow the steps below to set the password for the application pools that are used for Password Manager.

1. Open IIS.
2. Click the plus sign next to the hostname.
3. Click on Application Pools.
4. Click on the application pool to be edited.
5. Click on Advanced settings to the right.
6. Click on the Identity field in the list, and select the box icon with the three dots.
7. Enter the correct user credentials.
8. Click OK until the wizard closes.
9. Restart the application pool.
10. Repeat steps 4 - 10 for the other two application pools.
