Cannot Elevate Network Properties (4220955)

WORKAROUND:
One option is to elevate Command Prompt:
- set up an elevation rule in PM4Windows for the command prompt, then through the command prompt you can use netsh to change the IP address using the command below:
# netsh interface ipv4 set address name="YOUR INTERFACE NAME" static IP_ADDRESS SUBNET_MASK GATEWAY
Note: this elevates the command prompt, so it is not isolated to just allowing IP changes, the user then has elevated permissions over the whole of the system via the command prompt.

STATUS:
Privilege Manager is currently unable to elevate COM objects which is what is called when trying to edit Network Properties and other setting in Windows.
Enhancement request number DPM-668 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Privilege Manager.
