When the Chrome desktop application is first configured with a phone number and email address it is expected behavior that it will not show that you have any accounts configured. This is because it is not yet associated with your Starling tenant.
The association with your Starling tenant in the Chrome application occurs automatically after the configured user is provisioned by logging into Cloud Access manager with 2FA and using SMS, Push, or Phone.
