To update your profile click on the edit icon next to the contact information title at the top of the form.. The fields switch to editable text. If you need to update your email address you must contact customer service. To reset password you must click on the link to go to the reset password page.
Your primary and associated account IDs are listed under the One Identity Account ID filter found on My Service Request.
You can opt out of notifications via the My Products page. Click on the News & Updates arrow to view the dropdown and uncheck the Notification box.
