Error when launching ARS Console: "MMC could not create the snap-in." -
Description
After installing the Active Roles Console using the standalone .msi installer, the following error is observed:

Cause
Missing prerequisites for the Console. The standalone .msi installers do not check for required components prior to installation. Please review the release notes for the appropriate Active Roles version and install any necessary prerequisites.

Résolution
Verify and install all system requirements components per the Release Notes.

Installing Visual C++ x64 fixes the issue:
