Intermittently, the Active Roles Web Interface performance response time is very poor -
Description
Intermittently, when attempting to view the Directory Tree and/or perform a search in the Active Roles Web Interface the performance response time is slow.
The presentation of this issue can vary, but usually, there is a delay of 30-60 seconds every 4-5 searches.
Verbose logging from the Active Roles Administration Service shows no delays at all.

Active Roles uses ports 7465 and 7466 for SignalR communication for Starling notifications in the Active Roles Web Interface.
Starting in Active Roles 7.5, this option is disabled by default. The setting can be found in the Web Interface under Customization | Global Options, called Enable Starling promotion. If you integrate with Starling Connect and wish to see notifications in the Web Interface, check the box to enable this feature, and open ports 7465 and 7466 in your firewall on the Active Roles Web Interface host.
