Active Roles Repair -
Description
In some cases there may be a need to repair Active Roles due to a possibility of corrupt files. -
Résolution
To repair Active Roles and its components:
- On the system where Active Roles is installed, go to the Control Panel, and navigate to Programs| Programs and Features.
- In the list of installed programs, right-click on One Identity Active Roles, and click Uninstall/Change.
The Active Roles Setup window is displayed.
- Click Repair.
The Active Roles Setup - Ready to Repair dialog box is displayed.
4. Click Repair, to repair Active Roles.
