Members of ManagedBy group not receiving notifications -
Description
When you use a notification activity in an ARS Workflow, and want the Manager of the object to be notified, if the Manager (or Secondary Owner) of the object changed is a Group, the notification is not sent. If it is a specific user, then the notification is sent.
1.- Create a simple workflow with a notification activity
2.- Select following event options in the notification activity:
- Manager of operation target object
- Secondary owners of operation target object
3.- Make sure the object has a group as manager
4.- Trigger the ARS Workflow making a change to the object.
5.- Check any of the Group members mailbox, notification is not received -
Résolution
Status:
The Active Roles product team has raised Defect #480141. A fix for this issue will be evaluated and included in a future version of Active Roles.Workaround:
