On a report that uses the 'historical assignment' module, the value 'QBM_PDBQueueProcess' is shown instead of the name of the user who did the assignment. -
Cause
Product Defect 34093. -

None
STATUS
This issue is resolved in version 8.1.5. Please contact Support to obtain a Hotfix for version 8.1.4 and reference ID 34093. -
