When browsing through the pages with the products that can be ordered in the web portal (IT Shop), there are retries which lead to severe delays in SQL queries.
This only occurs if the web application is directly connected to the database.
This is a product defect (33470).
WORKAROUND
Connect the web portal to the database via the application server.
STATUS
This will be fixed in a future release of the product. If you require this immediately corrected, please contact Support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 33470.
