Description
Starting Manager.exe causes error resembling "Tool System.ArgumentException: Rectangle '{X=245,Y=0,Width=0,Height=25}' cannot have a width or height equal to 0." -
Cause
The reason for the error message is a registry entry in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Quest Software\Identity Manager\<Application Name> with incorrect width or height value of 0 for a UI element.. The exact cause for the incorrect entry is unknown. -
Résolution
If you can identify the incorrect entry in the registry, changing the 0 value to positive should resolve the issue. In case you cannot identify the incorrect entry, you can rename the <Application Name> key in the registry in order to fix the problem.
