Safeguard A2A-Service is not running -
Description
In Identity Manager when the job "PAG_PersonWantsOrg_CreateAccessrequests" runs, it will fail with the following error:
<date> <time> ERROR (Jobservice ) : VI.JobService.JobComponents.ScriptComponent - <guid>: Errors occurred Safeguard A2A-Service is not running. Script function "PAG_ProcessAccessRequestResult" returned False. -
Cause
This is because the Safeguard global services option "Application to Application" is set to Disabled. -
Résolution
To resolve this issue, log into Safeguard and under "Application Management" | "Global Services" switch the option "Application to Application" to "Enabled"
