When attempting to load the ApiServer in a web browser, it fails and logs the following error:

The error might also reference the following:

This error was caused by the ASP DOTNET 8.0 HOSTING BUNDLE missing on the web server

Ensure that the ASP .NET 8.0 Hosting Bundle is installed on the web server.
