Cause
Password Manager has lost the service account password. -
Résolution
- Run Services.msc
- Open the Password Manager Service
- In the 'Log On' tab re-enter the password for the Password Manager account.
- Save
- Restart the Password Manager service.
- Verify that the Password Manager sites can now be accessed.
