Complete error received when resetting a user's password on the Password Manager Helpdesk page while QESSO integration is enabled:
"QESSO Error: Directory Logon Failure: bad credentials. Error code: 0x82002015
Error Code: 0x82002015
Error Description: QESSO error: Directory Logon Failure: bad credentials supplied. Error code: 0x82002015"
The QESSO administrator account used on the QESSO tab of the Password Manager Admin page has been entered with an incorrect password or entered in the wrong format.
Ensure the QESSO administrator account password used on the QESSO tab of the Password Manager Admin page is correct.
Also, the account should be entered as:
domainname\accountname
E.g.: mydomain\administrator
Entering just the account name will cause the above error.
