To create a Fiddler capture, follow the instructions are below.1. Download Fiddler Classic from here: https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler2. Close all instances of the browsers.3. Install Fiddler Classic using the Fiddler Setup .EXE file4. Open the Fiddler Classic Application5. Click Tools > Options > HTTPS tab- Verify that 'Decrypt HTTPS traffic' checkbox is enabled- Change the drop down "...from all processes" to "...from browsers only"- Click Actions > Trust Root Certificate- Click Ok button to save HTTPS tab settings6. Use F12 to stop or start capturing (Or use the File menu > Capture Traffic)- You will see a check mark next to Capture Traffic indicating that capturing is enabled7. Reproduce the issue in the browser8. Click the File menu > Save > All Sessions > Save the .SAZ file to your desktop.9. Email or attach the .SAZ file to the Service Request.
