Registered and unlocked users are getting the following error when trying to access the Forgot My Password Workflow.
"You have not registered with security questions. Please register with security questions before you perform this activity."
The error is expected if more than one registration option is selected for the register activity within Register Workflow and the user has not completed all the registration. As the example below the Personal Contact Method is selected, therefore, Corporate Authentication would also apply.
Solution 1
Ask the end user to complete their profile under the Manage My Profile Workflow.
Solution 2
On the Authentication Methods activity from the Forgot My Password Workflow, enable and configure the Authentication via Passcode.
