MCU is unable to connect to PM Policy Server. Clients are not affected. -
Description
When attempting to use the MCU for modifying policies or review logs Management Console is unable to connect. All other operations seem fine.

Cause
On some operating systems this can be a result of password aging where the password essentially expires. -
Résolution
RESOLUTION:
Modify the age using the 'chage' command on Redhat or CentOS.
